Why Rabbithole Brain exists
A curiosity simulator for people whose thoughts come with hyperlinks.
I made Rabbithole Brain because this is how my mind has always moved.
One thought turns into another. A movie quote becomes a question about history. History becomes philosophy. Philosophy becomes mythology. Then somehow, ten minutes later, I know a little bit about five things I did not plan to learn.
I have been diagnosed with ADD/ADHD, and I wanted to build something that treats that kind of associative thinking as curiosity instead of failure. Rabbithole Brain is not a medical tool, a diagnosis tool, or a productivity lecture. It is a playful learning experience built around the idea that wandering thoughts can still lead somewhere meaningful.
The goal is simple: start with one thought, follow the trail, and then look back at what your brain accidentally learned.
How it works
Pick a starting thought — a movie quote, a mystery, a cryptid, a psychology question. Every card offers a few connected ideas plus one random tangent, and every jump shows why your brain went there. Modes change where the trail goes; Layer Depth changes how much each stop teaches. Open your Brain Trail anytime to see the shape of the journey, then wrap the session for the full payoff: what you accidentally learned, your brain pattern, and a share card to prove it happened.
Rabbithole Brain is a learning and entertainment experience. It is not medical advice, mental health treatment, or a diagnostic tool.
